01 · What we do
We don’t just design the space, we design the stay.
We start with the real space, before renovation if you’re planning one: the layout, construction planning with your contractor, and the tile, flooring and finishes. In Southern California we visit; elsewhere you send photos, video and measurements using our guide.
Tammy builds a mood board for the home, with colors, textures and the feeling we want guests to walk into. You react, we refine, nothing is ordered yet.
Room-by-room layouts and a complete shopping list: furniture chosen for function, easy cleaning and durability, and to look good in listing photos.
We order, track and coordinate deliveries. In Southern California our team assembles, installs and styles. Elsewhere we coordinate delivery and assembly with local help.
Linens, towels, the kitchen kit, consumables and guest amenities, stocked to the guest count. We don’t just design the home, we design the stay.
A final styling pass and a guest-ready check, then the keys are yours: a home ready for photos and its first booking.

A 4-bedroom, 3-bath Azusa home for up to eight guests, designed from scratch around a space theme. Each bedroom has its own colour story, from a Milky Way mural to a terracotta feature wall.

Everything a guest uses that isn’t furniture, stocked to your guest count, with a restock list for your cleaner or manager.
