02 · Who it’s for
Owners who want it done right, once
- Before a renovation: buying or gutting a home? We plan the layout and choose the materials, then furnish and stock it, from first walkthrough to first booking.
- New purchases: an empty home and a launch date, taken from bare rooms to fully furnished, stocked and photo-ready.
- Refreshes: a furnished rental that looks tired or is under-booked. We keep what works and update what guests notice.
- Amenities only: the furniture is fine, the stay isn’t complete. We specify and stock everything guests use.
- Owners far from the property: our virtual process works anywhere in the US.

04 · FAQ
Questions owners ask
How much does it cost?
Every home is different, so we quote after a short consultation. You get a clear proposal for your property, covering the scope, the timeline and what’s included, before anything is ordered.
Do you work outside Southern California?
Yes. Our design service is fully virtual and works anywhere in the US: mood board, design, shopping list, delivery coordination and the amenities kit. Hands-on install and styling is available in Southern California.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the size of the home and how quickly furniture can be delivered. We agree a timeline up front and plan deliveries around your target date for the first guest.
Can you work with furniture I already have?
Absolutely. A refresh keeps what works, replaces what doesn’t and adds the styling and amenities that make the home feel complete.
What do you mean by supplies and amenities?
Everything a guest uses that isn’t furniture: bed linens, towels, the kitchen kit, coffee setup, toiletries, cleaning basics and consumables, stocked to your guest count, with a restock list for your cleaner or manager.
Do you manage the property after it’s ready?
No. We design, furnish and stock the home. You can self-manage or work with the property manager of your choice; we hand over a clear inventory to make that easy.
Let’s make your rental the one guests remember.
