Designed together, from anywhere in the US

Our short-term rental design process is built to work remotely. Your home can be in Joshua Tree or the Smoky Mountains: we design it, plan every purchase, coordinate deliveries and stock it, all from a few calls and a phone walkthrough.

01 · The steps

Eight steps, start to finish

  1. Intro call

A relaxed 30-minute call about the property, your guests, your timeline and how hands-off you want to be.

    Your part

Tell us about the home and your goals.

  2. Photos, video & measurements

We send a short checklist. You, your property manager or a local helper walk the home with a phone: photos of every room, a video walkthrough and key measurements.

    Your part

About an hour on site, following our guide.

  3. Layout & materials (if you’re renovating)

Before any walls move, we plan the layout with you and your contractor and choose the tile, flooring, counters and fixtures, and how they combine.

    Your part

Share plans and your contractor’s timeline.

  4. Mood board

Tammy turns the space and your goals into a mood board: palette, materials and the feel of the stay. We refine it together until it’s right.

    Your part

    Review and give feedback.

  5. Design & shopping list

Room-by-room layouts with a complete, linked shopping list. Furniture is chosen for function, easy cleaning and durability, and for how the rooms will photograph.

    Your part

Approve the design and the list.

  6. Delivery coordination

We place and track orders and line up deliveries so they land in a sensible order, not all on one chaotic day.

    Your part

Arrange access for deliveries (we help plan it).
