Modern Glam 3-Bedroom Home in Hacienda Heights
Brown leather, polished chrome and tufted linen beds across a two-unit Hacienda Heights home with cream marble floors.
The brief
This home in Hacienda Heights has two furnished units. The first is an open plan with a living area, a bed alcove and a kitchen; the second has a dining area, a kitchen and two bedrooms. Cream marble floors run through both.
The concept
The Cozy Palette leaned into the shine of the cream marble floors. Polished chrome, black marble-look tops and brass lighting give the rooms a glam finish, and brown leather and tufted linen keep it comfortable. Black and gold art ties the two units together. Furniture was chosen for function, easy cleaning and durability: leather seating that wipes clean, chrome frames that hold up, and solid bed frames.
