Coastal Modern 3-Bedroom Back House in Rosemead
Grey velvet, blue and gold art and navy twin beds in a three-bedroom back house in Rosemead with a covered patio.
The brief
This is a three-bedroom back house in Rosemead with a living room, a small dining area, a kitchen with a pub table, one bathroom shown and a covered patio. The photos show a queen-size room, a second double room and a room with two twin beds.
The concept
The Cozy Palette built this home around blue. Blue and white canvases with gold leaf set the tone in the living room and bedrooms, and grey velvet and soft grey floors keep it calm. Navy velvet twin beds give the third room some character. Furniture was chosen for function, easy cleaning and durability: a modular sofa that can be rearranged, a sturdy pub table in the kitchen and simple metal patio pieces.
